Conversion of pavilion and bar into new V1 form club and tuck shop.
Times have of course changed with regard to the serving of alcohol to pupils. The school’s V1 form bar was in an upstairs room, approached by an external staircase, and it was all rather scruffy and run down. We responded to the new legislation by upgrading the entire facility to create a modern Club that could serve food and appropriate alcohol, together with a new tuck shop.

The building was stripped out completely, a new internal staircase was provided and the first floor was redesigned to become a modern, light and airy V1 form club. Downstairs a full catering kitchen facility was provided so that food could be served and a new coffee bar style tuck shop was created. This has proved to be very popular with the students.
